DELIVERY & TRACKING

Orders enter processing within 3 business days. After your order is processed it will dispatch and enter transit.

Delivery Times:

• UK: 7-10 Days

• USA: 10-12 Days

• International: 15-25 Days

• Canada: 18-35 Days

After your order is dispatched and enters transit, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information.

If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please email us at shopinnerbility@gmail.com and our support team will assist you.

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace damaged orders free of charge.

Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene, and wear and tear. Item(s) cannot be exchanged if the label has been cut/removed.

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you.

Products are occasionally processed at different times and sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible.

Our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world. The majority are delivered from our distribution centers in Asia to provide you with the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Yes. We can change your order (size / color / shipping address) only before your item(s) enter processing.

We are unable to make any changes to your order after it enters processing.

Yes. your order can be cancelled anytime before your package enters processing.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subjected to a 30% cancellation fee of the total price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor charges us a fee for cancellations.

Once your order enters processing, your order cannot be cancelled.

ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes. You can return your package to our facility with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, & WHETHER YOU WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE on the return. We will then send you an exchange, or refund in store credit upon arrival to our facility. Please let us know which you prefer.

If the item returned is not in its original packaging, you will only receive 75% of what you paid for that item in your refund.

Refunds are sent back to the customer on every Monday.

(For example: If the package you returned arrives to our facility on Wednesday, you will have to wait till Monday for us to process your refund).

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page which makes the transaction completely secure. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
